Each student was responsible for developing a set of interviews or dialogue points to provide for the leader prior to their virtual meeting and/or phone conversation. Each student must meet/talk with the leader of his/her choice about their leadership at work, in the community, and or family. The analysis should include the leader's: • Leadership philosophy/style • Vision and goals for the organization • Conflict management techniques and suggestions • Methods for establishing and building trust • Methods for empowering others Other aspects of leading you may want to include: • Decision-making style • Who inspires them as a leader (famous or not) • Did this person fall into their leadership position?
